Dance Trance Prep
Dance Trance is a fitness class that uses choreographed dance routines to get the most out of a workout. Dance Trance Prep is a great class for those wanting to start out at a slower pace. It is a class where you concentrate on one new routine every week and really get to understand every movement and body placement along with understanding the music and rhythm.

Dance Trance is a fitness class that uses choreographed dance routines to get the most out of a workout. This is a high energy, great cardio workout that incorporates funk, house, rock, Latin, jazz, hip-hop, and other types of rhythmic movements to the beats of music from all genres. This is your jam class and does not include any instruction on specific moves. You simply follow along with an instructor.
BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India.
Ballet is a highly technical solo dance performed largely to classical music. The hallmark of ballet is its light and graceful movements, core strength and focus on knowledge of body mechanics.
Drop-In Classes can be purchased individually at $15 per class or as a part of a class card. Class cards come in 10 and 15 class increments. A 10-class card is $125 and expires 3 months after first use and a 15-class card is $150 and expires 4 months after first use. Your first Dance Trance or Dance Trance Prep class is always free!
