<image:caption>Didi is an enthusiastic hobbyist who loves trying new things. For her, not much comes close to the joy and excitement of learning something new. Throughout her life, amid her many interests, there has always been one constant: dancing. Over the years, Didi has dabbled in a variety of dance styles - hip hop, cheerleading, ballet, ballroom, Latin, swing, belly dance, pole, aerial hoop, aerial silks, kizomba, tango... and she's hoping to try even more in the future! While she enjoys experimenting with different styles, the ballroom dances (particularly waltz, foxtrot, and American tango) will always be in her list of favorites. Didi first encountered ballroom in college, and immediately knew this was no fleeting interest - this was something she could stick with. Today, she teaches the beginner ballroom class and hopes to inspire others to experience the same joy and passion that she found.</image:caption>

Today, Haley teaches line dancing classes and hosts monthly events at bars and venues around the city, blending tradition with contemporary influences and building inclusive, high-energy spaces rooted in connection, joy, and movement.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Dance Family - Shae Thomas</image:title>
<image:caption>As a Louisiana local, New Orleanian Shae Thomas is no stranger to the dance world. For over 25 years she's danced a variety of styles. Initially she started in: ballet, jazz, character, lyrical, contemporary, tap, and eventually pointe. Over the years she performed in several productions with the Delta Festival Ballet Company and many other dance companies. As a teenager she fell in love with hip-hop and latin music and dance. Since then, she's become certified in Zumba and Zumba Toning, teaching dance for fitness for over eight years. Moving more into the latin world, she's attended, performed, and taught at multiple dance congresses and events. After training to learn several styles of social dance, it's hard to say which is her favorite. She can often be found dancing: salsa (On1 and On2), bachata (traditional and sensual), kizomba, semba, and tarraxinha.</image:caption>
